How do I add to my basket?

To add boxes to your basket, you first need to register an account with us. After you have succesfully registered an account, you can click the “Add to basket” button next to the desired item on our products page.

How do I amend my order?

You can amend your order from your account page.

Do I have to order every week?

No. You can set up a regular order or order each week.

How often can I change my order?

As often as you like. We really want you to get the box that suits you each week.

What is the latest I can change my order?

Once you have placed your order. you will not be able to make any changes for the following week. If you placed an order for multiple weeks this can be changed 10 days before.

Can I pause a regular order?

If you are going away you can pause your order by going to your account. If you are pausing your order online, sign in to your account then choose . You can stop all deliveries while you are away using the date picker.
